In my role with a leader in fashion industry, I was tasked with developing and optimizing processes for a newly established area focused on exclusive partnerships. Working within the Los Angeles division, I led efforts to streamline operations, improve collaboration, and ensure the efficient management of the company’s global development and production activities. This project involved process mapping, cross-functional coordination, and the creation of a comprehensive framework to support the exclusive partnership initiatives.
Key Responsibilities and Achievements:
- Creation of Processes for New Partnership Area: I designed and implemented processes for a newly developed business area dedicated to exclusive partnerships. This included defining workflows, setting up key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring that the new processes aligned with the company’s global standards and strategic goals. My work helped lay the foundation for the division’s long-term success by providing clear, actionable guidelines for managing exclusive collaborations.
- Process Mapping and Improvement: I conducted a thorough review of existing processes within the Los Angeles division and identified opportunities for improvement. By implementing a centralized calendar system, I was able to track key events, deadlines, and production cycles across multiple time zones, providing a clear overview of project progress and ensuring that all teams were on the same page.
- Streamlining Global Operations: I worked closely with teams in different regions to streamline communication and ensure that development and production processes were efficient and aligned with global standards.
